Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to all countries

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Chenelle Nu is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you experience an issue, feel free to reach out to us — we’re always happy to assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as processing begins quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Return Policy

We have a refund policy of 7 days.

You will have 7 days to contact me from when you received your order to let me know you'd like a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging.

You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

To let me know you'd like to start a return, please email me at business.chenellenu.com or fill out our contact form page and once your return request is accepted, it can be sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping labels.

Please do not send me a return without first contacting me as it will not be accepted.

Items not eligible for a refund include all apparel (as these are made to order), personalized items, monthly clubs or subscription boxes, digital downloads, gift cards, mystery grab bags, and sale items.

I am unable to offer exchanges on apparel due to these items being made to order.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed and it will go back on your original payment method.
